We view our relationship with our clients as a long term relationship which does not end with the completion of a bond sale or carbon credit placement.
A detailed understanding of our client’s needs enables us to suggest alternative financing structures and resources to allow these issuers to achieve their goals in the most cost effective manner possible. In developing financing programs for our clients we advise them of potential sources of funding, inform them of the current and anticipated market conditions, examine different financing structures and recommend an optimal financing program for their consideration.
Our efforts are driven by the financing requirements of the client, rather than by the need to market a particular financial instrument. In this way we are able to help the client obtain the appropriate financing on the best possible terms. As a totally independent financial advisory firm, Environmental Capital represents only the client’s interest in a financial transaction.
